# كيف يستعد Overleaf للائحة GDPR؟

اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات هي لائحة أوروبية جديدة بشأن حماية البيانات والخصوصية للأفراد داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. وتدخل حيز التنفيذ في 25 مايو 2018، كما يعلم الجميع. وهي توحّد متطلبات التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وتعززها عمومًا، وتفرض التزامات إضافية على جميع المؤسسات التي تتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية لمواطني الاتحاد الأوروبي.
