# Nebyl zadán \author

Tato chyba se objeví, pokud jste použili **`\maketitle`** příkaz, ale nezadali jste žádné **`\author`**. Příklad je uveden níže:

%Ve vaší preambuli
\title{O obecné molekulární teorii tepla}

% V těle dokumentu
\maketitle
```

main.tex, řádek 5

Nebyl zadán žádný \author.

Tuto chybu můžete vyřešit přidáním autora:

```latex
%Ve vaší preambuli
\title{O obecné molekulární teorii tepla}
\author{A. Einstein}

% V těle dokumentu
\maketitle
```

Pokud nechcete mít na titulní stránce uvedeného autora, můžete definovat **`\author{...}`** aby bylo prázdné, jak je uvedeno níže

%Ve vaší preambuli
\title{O obecné molekulární teorii tepla}
\author{}

% V těle dokumentu
\maketitle
```

Na titulní stránce přesto zůstane určité bílé místo, kde by se obvykle uváděl autor. Pokud chcete toto bílé místo odstranit, podívejte se na [**`titling`**](http://ctan.org/pkg/titling) balíček.
