# \synctex

Ta `\synctex` primitiva je rozšíření TEXu poskytované [rozšířením SyncTEX](https://ctan.org/tex-archive/support/synctex-parser?lang=en). SyncTEX lze aktivovat nebo deaktivovat pomocí volby příkazové řádky enginu TEXu nebo přímo v souboru se zdrojovým kódem TEXu pomocí `\synctex` primitivy:

**Příklady použití**

* pro aktivaci SyncTEX použijte `\synctex=1` do vašich `.tex` soubor;
* pro deaktivaci SyncTEX použijte `\synctex=0` do vašich `.tex` soubor;

> Synchronization TeXnology, nazývaná SyncTEX, je funkcí enginů TEXu. Umožňuje synchronizaci mezi vstupem a výstupem, což znamená navigaci od zdrojového dokumentu k vysázenému materiálu a naopak. Funguje to takto: během sazby souboru `foo.tex`, enginy TEXu zapisují některé geometrické informace do pomocného souboru nazvaného `foo.synctex`, tyto informace pak používají editory nebo prohlížeče k navigaci mezi vstupem a výstupem.
