# Matematikfonte

## Introduktion

Nogle matematiske elementer skal sættes med skrifttyper, der indeholder tegn/symboler i en bestemt stil; for eksempel er det almindeligt at repræsentere reelle tal med en blackboard bold-skrifttype (såsom $$\mathbb{R}$$), eller topologiske rum med kalligrafisk skrifttype (såsom ($$\mathcal{T}$$). Denne artikel viser, hvordan man bruger forskellige skrifttyper ved sats af matematik, med udgangspunkt i følgende eksempel:

## Skrifttyper kun med store bogstaver

Der er nogle skrifttyper, som kun understøtter et begrænset antal tegn; disse skrifttyper betegner normalt nogle særlige mængder. For eksempel kan du bruge `\(\mathbb{R}\)` for at frembringe $$\mathbb{R}$$. Følgende eksempel viser kalligrafiske, fraktur- og blackboard bold-skrifttyper:

I dette tilfælde ændrer ikke kun bogstaver, men alle tegn, deres udseende; for eksempel `$\mathit{3x^2}$` kursiverer hele udtrykket for at frembringe $$\mathit{3x^2}$$.
