# Wie kann ich Text in Kyrillisch setzen (z. B. auf Russisch)?

## Einführung

Um kyrillischen Text in Overleaf zu setzen, müssen Sie einige zusätzliche Pakete laden – die genauen Pakete hängen vom verwendeten Compiler ab: pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX, LuaLaTeX oder LaTeX (d. h. DVI zu PDF).

## Kyrillisch mit pdfLaTeX oder LaTeX setzen

## Kyrillisch mit XeLaTeX oder LuaLaTeX setzen

Die Compiler XeLaTeX und LuaLaTeX haben integrierte Unterstützung für UTF-8-kodierten Text, daher ist es nicht nötig, das `\inputenc` Paket (`\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}`). Seit 2018 ist es nicht mehr nötig, `\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}` auch mit pdfLaTeX – siehe das [Ausgabe von LaTeX News vom April 2018](https://www.latex-project.org/news/2018/04/10/issue28-of-latex2e-news-released/) und dem Overleaf-Blogbeitrag [*TeX-Live-Upgrade — September 2019*](https://www.overleaf.com/blog/tex-live-upgrade-september-2019).

Für XeLaTeX oder LuaLaTeX kann das [`polyglossia` Paket](https://ctan.org/pkg/polyglossia?lang=en) nützlich sein, insbesondere wenn Sie eine benutzerdefinierte Schriftart auswählen möchten.
