# Comando \r no válido en modo matemático en la línea XXX de entrada

Este error aparece cuando se usan incorrectamente caracteres especiales en modo matemático. En LaTeX, ciertos caracteres, como las letras acentuadas o las letras con diéresis, no pueden escribirse en modo matemático. La mejor manera de resolverlo es escribirlos dentro de la **`\text{...}`** proporcionadas por el **`amsmath`** paquete.

## Causas comunes

**Incluyendo letras con acentos, diéresis, etc. en modo matemático:**

p. ej. ö en realidad es {\\"o}

**Usando símbolos especiales en modo matemático:**

p. ej. angstrom \AA en realidad es \r{A}
