# Error de LaTeX: solo puede usarse en el preámbulo

Este error aparece cuando has incluido un paquete o una clase en el cuerpo principal de tu documento, en lugar de en el preámbulo. El preámbulo del documento consiste en todo lo escrito antes de **`\begin{document}`**. En el preámbulo defines el tipo de documento que estás escribiendo, el idioma y varios otros elementos. Por ejemplo, un preámbulo normal de un documento se vería así:

\documentclass[12pt, letterpaper]{article}
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
\usepackage{amsmath}

\title{First document}
\author{Hubert Farnsworth \thanks{funded by the ShareLaTeX team}}
\date{February 2014}
```

Si escribes **`\usepackage{...}`** en el cuerpo principal del documento (después de **`\begin{document}`**) en lugar de en el preámbulo, generarás el mensaje de error que se muestra a continuación.
