# Error de LaTeX: opción de flotante desconocida \`H'

Este error aparece cuando has olvidado cargar el **`float`** paquete. Los especificadores de flotantes se escriben entre corchetes cada vez que usamos un *float* como una figura o una tabla, es decir, el **`H`** % en **`\begin{figure}[H]`**. El **`H`** especificador de flotante viene como parte del **`float`** paquete. Le indica al compilador que coloque la figura en esa ubicación exacta de la página, en lugar de moverla a otro lugar. Cada vez que queremos usar esta opción, debemos incluir **`\usepackage{float}`** en el preámbulo. ## Causas comunes

**Olvidar cargar el `float` paquete:**

El [paquete float](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/float?lang=en) nos proporciona la `H` opción. Esta es una versión más fuerte de `h`, y le indica a LaTeX que nos gustaría que la figura apareciera *exactamente* aquí. Si usamos la `H` opción, pero olvidamos incluir `\usepackage{float}` en nuestro preámbulo, obtendremos un error como el que se muestra a continuación

Para resolver este error, simplemente necesitamos incluir **`\usepackage{float}`** en el preámbulo de nuestro documento, es decir, antes de **`\begin{document}`**
