# Teks dalam file gambar EPS atau PDF saya hilang saat saya mengunggah naskah saya ke portal pengiriman jurnal, padahal di Overleaf terlihat baik-baik saja

Berdasarkan masukan dari dukungan teknis portal pengiriman, ini kemungkinan disebabkan oleh beberapa lapisan dalam file EPS/PDF yang telah diunggah. (Hal ini juga dapat terjadi pada file TIFF dan PNG.)

Masalah seperti ini biasanya dapat dihindari dengan meratakan file EPS/PDF, sebelum mengirimkannya bersama file naskah. Ini akan menggabungkan semua lapisan gambar menjadi satu lapisan tanpa saluran alfa.

Photoshop dan [GIMP](https://www.gimp.org/), serta beberapa program manipulasi gambar lainnya, memiliki fungsi "Flatten image" atau "Merge layer" seperti itu.
