# \hbadness

Mesin TEX menyediakan perintah `\hbadness` dan `\vbadness` yang digunakan untuk membantu TEX menentukan apakah ia mengklasifikasikan, dan melaporkan, suatu kotak horizontal atau vertikal tertentu sebagai kurang penuh atau terlalu penuh. Perhatikan bahwa perintah-perintah ini tidak mengubah atau memengaruhi tampilan kotak yang disusun, mereka hanya menentukan apa yang TEX *laporan* kepada Anda.

* `\hbadness[=]<number>`: `\hbadness` menentukan nilai keburukan ambang batas yang digunakan saat mengklasifikasikan kotak horizontal sebagai kurang penuh atau terlalu penuh.
* `\vbadness[=]<number>`: `\vbadness` menentukan nilai keburukan ambang batas yang digunakan saat mengklasifikasikan kotak vertikal sebagai kurang penuh atau terlalu penuh.

Contoh penggunaan:

* `\vbadness=1000` atau `\vbadness 1000` (tanda “=” bersifat opsional)
* `\hbadness=500` atau `\hbadness 500` (tanda “=” bersifat opsional)
