# Nessun \author specificato

Questo errore appare se, quando hai usato il **`\maketitle`** comando, non hai specificato alcun **`\author`**. Un esempio di ciò è mostrato qui sotto:

Puoi risolvere questo errore includendo un autore:

Se non desideri avere un autore specificato nella pagina del titolo, puoi definire **`\author{...}`** come vuoto, come mostrato qui sotto

\author{}

% Nel corpo del tuo documento
\maketitle
```

Questo lascerà comunque dello spazio bianco nella pagina del titolo dove di solito verrebbe scritto l'autore. Se desideri rimuovere questo spazio bianco, dai un'occhiata al [**`titling`**](http://ctan.org/pkg/titling) pacchetto.
