# Overleafのデータ処理者

Overleafは、ホスティングおよびインフラサービス、カスタマーサポートおよび技術サポートの提供を含む、自社の製品およびサービスに関連して支援を受けるため、以下に記載の事業体を利用する場合があり、その結果、個人データの処理が伴うことがあります。お客様が機関または組織であり、当社がお客様の「処理者」（GDPRで定義）として当該個人データを処理している場合、これらの事業体は「サブプロセッサー」とみなされます。
