# Lost or missing projects

If your projects are missing or gone when you log in the most likely cause is you have logged in with a different email address. Do you have a different personal or university address? <bob.smith@gmail.com> is different to <bobsmith@gmail.com> and <bob.smith@googlemail.com>.
