## 이메일 설정을 변경하는 방법

마케팅 이메일 수신 동의를 철회하려면 언제든지 다음과 같이 할 수 있습니다:

## 정보를 다운로드하는 방법

모든 Overleaf 프로젝트의 사본은 언제든지 다음과 같이 다운로드할 수 있습니다:

## 정보를 삭제하는 방법

Overleaf 계정을 삭제하면 Overleaf 프로젝트와 관련 개인정보가 삭제되며, 언제든지 다음과 같이 할 수 있습니다:

**중요 참고 사항**: 계정을 삭제하기 전에 Overleaf 프로젝트 사본을 다운로드해 두는 것이 좋습니다(참조 *정보를 다운로드하는 방법*, 위) 왜냐하면 위 단계를 따르면 다시는 접근할 수 없기 때문입니다.

이 절차를 통해 Overleaf 계정 및 관련 개인정보가 삭제되지만, 저희는 귀하의 요청 기록을 보관하며 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위 내에서 다른 경우에도 보관할 수 있습니다. Overleaf 프로젝트를 공개로 설정한 경우, 해당 콘텐츠와 귀하의 연관성에 대한 기록도 보관합니다. 계정을 삭제한 후에도 자료가 아카이브에서 완전히 삭제되기까지 다소 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있으나, 그 기간 동안에는 접근할 수 없습니다.

동일한 이메일 주소로 ShareLaTeX 계정도 가지고 있다면, 해당 계정은 이미 Overleaf 계정과 병합되었으며 Overleaf 계정을 삭제하면 **모든 ShareLaTeX 프로젝트도 삭제됩니다**, 그리고 모든 Overleaf 프로젝트도 삭제됩니다.

Overleaf v1 프로젝트 중 Overleaf v2로 이동할 수 없는 것이 있다면, 저희에게 연락해 주시면 지원팀이 삭제를 도와드리겠습니다.

Overleaf를 통해 Writefull을 사용한 적이 있다면 별도의 Writefull 계정도 보유하게 됩니다. Writefull 계정을 삭제하려면 다음으로 연락하세요 <support@writefull.com>.

**중요 참고 사항**: Overleaf 계정이 Managed Accounts 기능이 활성화된 그룹 구독의 구성원인 경우, 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 없습니다. 계정을 삭제하려면 조직 관리자에게 문의하세요.
