# Ondersteunt Overleaf pTeX?

Ja, Overleaf kan Japanse documenten compileren die pTeX vereisen. Zo doe je dat:

1. Een pTeX-document heeft geen speciale opdrachten nodig voor Japanse tekst (kanji, hiragana en katakana). Hier is een eenvoudig voorbeeld (met het `jsarticle` documentklasse):

   ```latex

   \bibliographystyle{jplain}
   \title{p\LaTeX\ 実験}
   \author{林蓮枝}

   \begin{document}

   \maketitle

2. Als je een .tex-bestand van elders uploadt, zorg er dan voor dat het is opgeslagen in UTF-8-codering.
3. Klik in de Overleaf-editor op de Overleaf-menuknop boven het paneel met de bestandenlijst.
4. Stel de optie "Compiler" in op "LaTeX".
5. Voeg een leeg bestand toe aan je project en sla het op als `latexmkrc`.
6. Voeg de volgende regel toe aan je `latexmkrc` bestand:

```
