# Hoe voeg ik een afbeelding in op een specifieke plek in het document?

U kunt de locatie beïnvloeden waar LaTeX een afbeelding plaatst met behulp van zogenoemde *plaatsingsspecificaties*, die opties zijn die aan de figure-omgeving worden doorgegeven. Het volgende codefragment gebruikt `[h!]`, waarmee LaTeX wordt geïnstrueerd om *te proberen* de figuur exact op de plek te plaatsen waar hij in de tekst verschijnt, in plaats van hem te laten 'zweven' naar een andere locatie in het document.
