# Ik wil mijn scriptie schrijven met een sjabloon uit de Overleaf-galerij, maar er zijn veel lege pagina's vóór de dankbetuiging, verklaring, inhoudsopgave, vóór elk hoofdstuk, enz.! Hoe kom ik van de lege pagina's af?

De lege of blanco pagina's komen doordat de standaardinstelling voor boeken (en veel thesesjablonen in de Galerie) dubbelzijdig is, waarbij elk hoofdstuk begint op een rechterpagina ("recto"), zoals gebruikelijk is voor de meeste professioneel gedrukte boeken. Om van deze lege pagina's af te komen, voeg gewoon de `oneside` optie (of, alternatief, de `openany` optie) toe aan je documentclass-declaratie.
