# Hvordan kan jeg sette tekst med kyrillisk skrift?

## Innledning

For å sette kyrillisk tekst i Overleaf må du laste inn noen ekstra pakker – de nøyaktige pakkene vil avhenge av kompilatoren du bruker: pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX, LuaLaTeX eller LaTeX (dvs. DVI til PDF).

## Sette kyrillisk tekst med pdfLaTeX eller LaTeX

Hvis du bruker pdfLaTeX eller LaTeX som kompilator, vil følgende fungere:

## Sette kyrillisk tekst med XeLaTeX eller LuaLaTeX

Kompilatorene XeLaTeX og LuaLaTeX har innebygd støtte for tekst kodet i UTF-8, så det er ikke nødvendig å bruke `\inputenc` pakken (`\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}`). Siden 2018 har det ikke vært nødvendig å bruke `\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}` med pdfLaTeX også – se [utgaven av LaTeX News fra april 2018](https://www.latex-project.org/news/2018/04/10/issue28-of-latex2e-news-released/) og Overleaf-blogginnlegget [*TeX Live-oppgradering—september 2019*](https://www.overleaf.com/blog/tex-live-upgrade-september-2019).

For XeLaTeX eller LuaLaTeX er [`polyglossia` pakken](https://ctan.org/pkg/polyglossia?lang=en) kan være nyttig, spesielt hvis du vil velge en egendefinert skrifttype.
