# Como começar a escrever a sua tese em LaTeX

Escrever uma tese ou dissertação em LaTeX pode ser desafiante, mas o resultado final compensa bem — nada tem um aspeto tão bom como um PDF produzido em LaTeX, e, para documentos grandes, é muito mais fácil do que lutar com a formatação e as referências cruzadas no MS Word. Aqui, fornecemos um guia para começar a escrever a sua tese em LaTeX, utilizando um modelo padrão que está pré-carregado no Overleaf.

Temos um grande número de modelos de tese na nossa [biblioteca online](https://www.overleaf.com/templates), e pode carregar o seu próprio se a sua universidade fornecer um conjunto de ficheiros de modelo LaTeX.
