# Usar \verb para compor o texto de comandos LaTeX

Às vezes, pode querer compor o nome de um comando LaTeX; por exemplo `\begin{verbatim}`. Pode usar o `\verb` comando para fazer isto:

```latex
\verb|\begin{verbatim}|
```

`\verb|...|` indica ao LaTeX para tratar tudo o que estiver entre os caracteres barra vertical (`|`) como verbatim. É útil sempre que quiser mostrar comandos LaTeX no PDF. Aqui está um exemplo:

\title{Um passeio aleatório em \LaTeX}
