# Не указан \\\author

Эта ошибка появляется, если вы использовали **`\maketitle`** команду, но не указали никакого **`\author`**. Пример этого показан ниже:

%В преамбуле
\title{О общей молекулярной теории тепла}

% В теле вашего документа
\maketitle
```

Не задана \author.

Вы можете исправить эту ошибку, указав автора:

```latex
%В преамбуле
\title{О общей молекулярной теории тепла}
\author{А. Эйнштейн}

% В теле вашего документа
\maketitle
```

Если вы не хотите указывать автора на титульном листе, вы можете определить **`\author{...}`** пустым, как показано ниже

```latex
%В преамбуле
\title{О общей молекулярной теории тепла}
\author{}

% В теле вашего документа
\maketitle
```

Это всё равно оставит некоторое пустое место на титульном листе, где обычно указывается автор. Если вы хотите удалить это пустое место, ознакомьтесь с [**`titling`**](http://ctan.org/pkg/titling) пакетом.
