# Det fanns odefinierade referenser

Detta fel visas när **`\ref{...}`** används och LaTeX inte kan hitta motsvarande etikett. Det finns tre sätt på vilka detta kan hända.

* Det finns ett skrivfel i **`\label{...}`**
* Det finns ett skrivfel i **`\ref{...}`**
* En etikett har glömts bort.

Ett exempel visas nedan

\section{introduction}\label{introduction}
Ett skrivfel när man hänvisar till introduktionen skulle vara \ref{intorduction}.

Ett annat fel är att hänvisa till en etikett som aldrig har definierats, till exempel \ref{section1}
```

Var och en av dessa kommer att generera ett fel som ser ut så här

main.tex, rad 6

Hänvisningen \`intorduction' på sida 1 är odefinierad på inmatningsrad 6.

Hänvisningen \`section1' på sida 1 är odefinierad på inmatningsrad 8.

Det fanns odefinierade hänvisningar.

För att undvika detta måste vi alltid se till att när vi använder **`\ref{...}`**, att det finns en motsvarande **`\label{...}`**, och att argumenten för **`\ref{...}`** och **`\label{...}`** är desamma.
