# Dropbox 同步

**Dropbox 同步** 是一个 [高级功能](/latex/zh-cn/zhi-shi-ku/120-overleaf-premium-features.md)。Overleaf 高级功能对以下用户开放： [Overleaf Commons](https://www.overleaf.com/for/universities)、群组成员 [订阅](https://www.overleaf.com/for/groups)，以及个人 [订阅](https://www.overleaf.com/user/subscription/plans).

Overleaf 的 Dropbox 同步功能可让你将 Overleaf 项目与 Dropbox 文件夹同步。你在 Overleaf 中的更新会自动推送到 Dropbox，而你在 Dropbox 中所做的任何更改也会自动反映到你的 Overleaf 项目中。

此功能使你能够在 Overleaf 之外访问项目内容，包括项目的完整源代码和图像文件；在多个设备之间在线备份你的工作；并且还能离线访问你的工作，以便独立编辑。

请注意，开启 Dropbox 同步并不会让你的协作者也能将项目同步到他们本地的 Dropbox 文件夹（除非他们也有高级订阅）。对于希望允许协作者在本地同步的高级用户，我们推荐使用 [Git 或 GitHub 同步选项](/latex/zh-cn/zhi-shi-ku/041-git-integration-and-github-synchronization.md).

## 我该如何设置？

要设置 Overleaf Dropbox 同步，你必须先通过你的 [账户设置](https://www.overleaf.com/user/settings).

点击“链接”后，你会进入 Dropbox 授权页面，在那里你可以使用你的 Dropbox 凭据登录。

当你成功将 Overleaf 账户与 Dropbox 账户关联后，你会返回“账户设置”页面，并看到账户已成功关联的确认信息。

如果你需要取消 Dropbox 账户的关联，或检查当前同步状态，可以返回账户设置页面中的 Dropbox 部分。

## 它看起来是什么样？

设置好 Overleaf Dropbox 同步后，你会在 Dropbox 的 Apps 文件夹中看到一个 Overleaf 文件夹。每个项目都会在 Dropbox 的 Apps/Overleaf 下与一个文件夹同步。

注意：无法指定要将 Overleaf 项目同步到哪个 Dropbox 文件夹。由于 Dropbox 的限制，你的文件始终会同步到 Dropbox 的 Apps/Overleaf 文件夹。

当为你的项目创建 Dropbox 文件夹时，通常文件夹名称与项目名称相同。如果你有同名项目，Dropbox 文件夹名称后可能会自动附加一个递增数字，以确保每个文件夹名称唯一。

你可以通过点击 **Dropbox** 按钮来查看与你项目关联的 Dropbox 文件夹，位于你的项目 **菜单**中。这也会显示当前状态，并提供直接触发后台同步的选项。

## 有什么好处？

此集成会在 Dropbox 和 Overleaf 之间实现双向更新。这意味着你对这些文件夹内容所做的任何更改都可以同步并反映到 Overleaf 中。这包括：

* 在 Dropbox 的 Apps/Overleaf 文件夹中添加的新文件会被上传到对应的 Overleaf 项目中。
* 对 Dropbox Apps/Overleaf 中文件的更改会反映到 Overleaf 中。
* 在 Dropbox 的 Apps/Overleaf 文件夹中新建一个文件夹会在 Overleaf 中创建一个内容相同的新项目。
* 在 Overleaf 中做出的任何更改都会在 Apps/Overleaf 文件夹中产生对应更改。

## 哪些 Overleaf 项目会同步？

你拥有的、或被明确授予编辑权限的所有活跃 Overleaf 项目，都会与你的 Dropbox 账户同步。

在你的 Overleaf 项目列表中，已归档和已删除的项目一旦被归档或移入废纸篓，就不会继续与 Dropbox 主动同步。不过，文件副本仍会保留在你的 Dropbox 文件夹中，因为许多用户把我们的 Dropbox 同步功能当作 Overleaf 项目的备份。

### 将与 Dropbox 同步的项目：

* 由你拥有且处于活跃状态。
* 直接与你共享，并且你可编辑。

### 不会与 Dropbox 同步的项目

* 由你拥有且已归档或已删除。
* 直接与你共享，但为“只读”。
* 通过链接与你共享。

请注意：一旦项目被归档，你在 Dropbox 中所做的任何更新将停止同步到 Overleaf。不过，如果你继续在 Overleaf 中编辑已归档项目，这些更改可能会发送到 Dropbox。具体来说，你修改过的文件会再次发送到你的 Dropbox。归档项目会停止单向同步，即 Dropbox 到 Overleaf，但不会停止 Overleaf 到 Dropbox 方向的同步。

## 在同步项目之前我应该知道什么？

请注意某些 Dropbox 行为及其对你的 Overleaf 项目可能产生的影响。

* 如果你在 Dropbox 中删除一个文件夹，其所有内容都会从 Overleaf 中移除，但项目本身仍会保留，以便保存历史记录。
* 在 Dropbox 中重命名或移动项目文件夹，或者重命名项目内的任何文件/文件夹时要小心。这些操作可能会被解释为“删除并新建”，从而导致 Overleaf 中的历史记录、跟踪更改和评论丢失。
* Dropbox 不允许共享 Apps 文件夹，因此你无法将 Overleaf 项目文件夹设置为与其他 Dropbox 用户共享。

## 故障排除

如果你的 Overleaf 项目停止与 Dropbox 同步，请检查以下内容。

* 停止同步的项目是否在归档或废纸篓中？
* 你对该项目是否有编辑权限？
* 你是否已超过 [文件限制](/latex/zh-cn/zhi-shi-ku/119-overleaf-plan-limits.md) ，适用于 Overleaf 项目？
* 你是否添加了 Overleaf 不支持的任何文件（例如 .doc 文件）？
* 你的任何文件是否包含 Dropbox 文件名不支持的字符？在某些情况下，如果文件夹没有分配给唯一命名的项目，Dropbox 可能会解除关联，以防止更改被应用到错误的项目。如果由于这个原因你的 Overleaf 账户与 Dropbox 已解除关联，将项目重命名为唯一名称后，你就可以再次连接到 Dropbox。
