# 从 Overleaf 导出你的作品

## 引言

本文介绍如何将 Overleaf 项目导出为一个 `.zip` 文件，或者仅下载最终排版后的 PDF。每个过程都逐步说明，但也提供了一个 [快速指南](#quick-guide) 。

### 重要说明

* 为避免歧义，术语“source”或“source files”指的是排版你的文档所需的一个或多个文本和/或图形文件，而“result”或“typeset result”指的是由对“source files”进行排版后生成的 PDF 文件。
* 从 Overleaf 导出（下载）的项目以一个 `.zip` 压缩包的形式提供，其中包含用于创建排版后 PDF 的源文件。该 `.zip` 压缩包只会包含源文件 *，*它 *不会* 不包括最终排版后的 PDF 本身；该 PDF 必须 [单独下载](#downloading-the-typeset-pdf-file)，并且要在成功编译后进行。

## 下载排版后的 PDF 文件

下载 PDF 文件有两个选项。

### 选项 1

7. 根据你的浏览器及其配置，排版后的 PDF 会保存到你的 *下载* 文件夹中。默认情况下，下载的 PDF 将与你的 Overleaf 项目同名。

### 选项 2

1. 在 PDF 显示窗口中，选择 *下载 PDF* 按钮右侧的 **重新编译** 图标：

4. 根据你的浏览器及其配置，排版后的 PDF 会保存到你的 *下载* 文件夹中。默认情况下，下载的 PDF 将与你的 Overleaf 项目同名。

## 下载 Overleaf 项目

这里我们展示如何将当前项目下载为一个 `.zip` 压缩包，或者如何将多个项目下载为一个单一的 `.zip` 压缩包，其中包含更多 `.zip` 文件，每个项目一个。

### 将当前项目下载为 .zip 文件

7. 项目源代码将作为一个 `.zip` 压缩包下载，通常会根据你的浏览器保存到你的 *下载* 文件夹中。默认情况下， `.zip` 压缩包将与你的 Overleaf 项目同名。

### 将多个项目下载为 .zip 文件

1. 假设你在编辑器中，请选择 *返回你的项目* 图标（![OLbacktoprojects.png](/files/d41882317300ce487d20618680cb240ff46df86e)):

## 包含 .bbl 文件（用于期刊投稿）

某些期刊投稿流程会要求将由 LaTeX 生成的 `.bbl` 文件——一个包含格式化参考文献信息的辅助文件——与 LaTeX 投稿的文章源文件一并提交。在 Overleaf 上， `.bbl` 文件以及编译过程中生成的任何其他辅助文件都会被“缓存”，但有两种方式可以访问 `.bbl` 这些文件：

* 选项 1：使用 **其他日志和文件** 下拉菜单，或者
* 选项 2：通过 Overleaf 的 *arXiv* 投稿流程

### 选项 1：使用“其他日志和文件”

请按照以下步骤，仅下载 `.bbl` 为你的项目生成的文件：

1. 选择文件图标（*日志和输出文件*）旁边的 **重新编译** 图标：

### 选项 2：通过 Overleaf 的 arXiv 投稿流程

完整的项目源文件，包括 `.bbl` 文件，也可以通过 arXiv 投稿流程下载，如下面的分步指南所示。

1. 选择 **提交** 在顶部菜单中：

5. Overleaf 会显示 **提交** 窗口，其中列出了 Overleaf 的出版合作伙伴。向下滚动，直到你到达 **在线仓库** 包含 arXiv 的部分：

不用担心，选择此选项不会 *不* 立即将项目文件发送到 arXiv；相反，它会显示另一个窗口，让你下载文章，其中包括 `.bbl` 文件，以便继续提交到 arXiv：

13. 最后，选择 **下载包含提交文件的项目 ZIP（例如 .bbl）** ，这将启动下载过程。
