# 如何移除或删除项目？

Overleaf 提供两个文件夹，帮助你整理项目：

* [**已归档项目**](/latex/zh-cn/zhi-shi-ku/053-how-do-i-archive-and-unarchive-projects.md)：用于你想保留（归档）但希望从项目仪表板主列表中移除的项目。
* **回收站项目**：用于你打算在你选择的未来某个时间永久删除，或暂时保留的项目。

### 回收站项目文件夹快速概览

* 如果你打算弃用某个项目，可以把它放入 **回收站项目** 文件夹。
  * 将项目移至 **回收站项目** *不会* 删除一个项目，或将其加入队列以便稍后自动删除。

### 将项目移入回收站会如何影响协作者？

## 永久删除回收站项目文件夹中的项目

**注意**：没有“撤销删除”功能：继续之前，请务必确认你希望 *永久* 删除你的项目。

要永久删除一个项目，请按以下步骤操作，下方截图也展示了这些步骤：

1. 选择 **回收站项目** 查看已移入回收站的项目列表。
2. 对于你想删除的项目，从 **删除** 中列出的四个选项里选择 **操作** 列中。
3. 图标。系统会显示一个确认弹窗。
4. 选择 **确认** 更改为 *永久* 删除该项目。

## 如何离开一个共享项目（非你所有）

**注意**：你不能永久删除不属于你的共享项目。如果你将共享项目移入 **回收站项目** 文件夹，你可以选择 **保留** 离开该 **删除** 删除它： **删除** 回收站 **保留** 离开

1. 对于每个要移入回收站的项目，勾选项目标题旁边的复选框。
2. 从按钮菜单（见下方截图）中选择 **回收站** 图标，将所选项目移入回收站
3. 系统会显示一个确认弹窗
4. 选择 **确认** ，将所选项目移至 **回收站项目** 文件夹

## 永久删除多个项目

**注意**：没有“撤销删除”功能：继续之前，请务必确认你希望 *永久* 删除你选中的项目。

## 如何恢复已移入回收站的项目

请按以下步骤恢复位于 **回收站项目** 文件夹。

1. 选择 **回收站项目** 查看已移入回收站的项目列表。
2. 对于每个要恢复的项目，勾选项目标题旁边的复选框。
3. 选择 **恢复** 按钮（见下方截图）来恢复所选项目。它们现在会列在 **你的项目** 文件夹中，准备继续编辑。
