# 加入 Overleaf Commons 订阅

如果你是某个机构的成员，而该机构拥有一个 [Overleaf Commons](https://www.overleaf.com/for/universities) 你有资格加入该订阅，则可以使用现有的 Overleaf 账户完成此操作。你无需创建新的 Overleaf 账户来加入你所在机构的 Overleaf 订阅。你的 Overleaf 账户是你的账户，它会随你而去。

## Overleaf 账户和订阅

你的 Overleaf 账户是你项目所在的位置，并为你提供在 Overleaf 中与他人协作的身份。

* 你的 Overleaf 账户可以关联到一个 [订阅](https://www.overleaf.com/user/subscription/plans) 并获得高级功能访问权限。
* 你可以退出订阅并恢复到免费计划，而不会失去对项目或当前协作的访问权限。

你在免费计划或任何其他计划下创建的 Overleaf 账户，应继续作为你使用的账户；当你的账户信息（如电子邮件地址或机构隶属关系）发生变化时也是如此。这些信息可以使用你的 [账户设置](https://www.overleaf.com/user/settings).

## 我如何了解我的机构是否拥有 Overleaf Commons 订阅？

Overleaf 的许多 Commons 合作机构都列在我们的 [大学页面](https://www.overleaf.com/for/universities)上。如果你的机构列在那里，点击提供的链接将带你进入该机构的 **Overleaf 门户** 页面。Overleaf 门户页面提供有关哪些人有资格使用该订阅的信息，以及有助于资源获取的链接。

## 加入 Overleaf Commons 订阅

* 一些机构已设置 [单点登录（SSO）](/latex/zh-cn/zhi-shi-ku/090-institutional-single-sign-on.md) 访问 Overleaf。如果你的机构为 Overleaf 提供 SSO 访问，则需要通过机构的 SSO 门户登录，并点击“关联账户”按钮来确认你的隶属关系。

## 检查你的隶属关系和订阅状态

请确保你已确认你的机构邮箱，可以通过点击发送到你机构账户的确认邮件中的链接，或通过机构 SSO 登录来完成。你的隶属关系应显示在你的机构邮箱旁边，在你的 [账户设置](https://www.overleaf.com/user/settings) 区域中。

## 我不小心创建了第二个 Overleaf 账户——我该怎么办？

如果你不小心创建了第二个 Overleaf 账户，我们建议你：

1. 将第二个账户中创建的任何项目移动到你的原始 Overleaf 账户；
2. 删除第二个未使用的 Overleaf 账户；
3. 将额外的电子邮件地址添加到你的原始 Overleaf 账户。
