# Dropbox 同步

**Dropbox 同步** 是 [付費功能](/latex/zh-tw/zhi-shi-ku/120-overleaf-premium-features.md)。Overleaf 進階功能適用於以下參與者 [Overleaf Commons](https://www.overleaf.com/for/universities)，群組成員 [訂閱方案](https://www.overleaf.com/for/groups)，以及個人 [訂閱方案](https://www.overleaf.com/user/subscription/plans).

Overleaf 的 Dropbox 同步功能可讓您將 Overleaf 專案與 Dropbox 資料夾同步。您的 Overleaf 更新會自動推送到 Dropbox，而您在 Dropbox 中所做的任何變更也會自動反映到您的 Overleaf 專案中。

此功能可讓您在 Overleaf 之外存取專案內容，包括專案的完整原始碼與圖片檔案、在多個裝置之間線上備份您的工作，以及離線存取您的工作以便獨立作業。

請注意，開啟 Dropbox 同步並不代表您的協作者也能將專案同步到他們本機的 Dropbox 資料夾（除非他們也擁有付費訂閱）。對於希望啟用協作者本機同步的付費使用者，我們建議使用 [Git 或 GitHub 同步選項](/latex/zh-tw/zhi-shi-ku/041-git-integration-and-github-synchronization.md).

## 我要如何設定？

要設定 Overleaf Dropbox 同步，您必須先透過您的 [帳戶設定](https://www.overleaf.com/user/settings).

當您點擊「連結」後，系統會帶您前往 Dropbox 授權頁面，您可使用 Dropbox 憑證登入。

當您成功將 Overleaf 帳戶與 Dropbox 帳戶連結後，系統會帶您回到「帳戶設定」頁面，您會看到帳戶已連結的確認訊息。

如果您需要解除 Dropbox 帳戶連結，或查看目前同步狀態，可返回帳戶設定頁面的 Dropbox 區段。

## 它看起來是什麼樣子？

設定好 Overleaf Dropbox 同步後，您會在 Dropbox 的 Apps 資料夾中看到建立的 Overleaf 資料夾。每個專案都會與 Dropbox 中 Apps/Overleaf 下的一個資料夾同步。

注意：無法指定您想將 Overleaf 專案同步到哪個 Dropbox 資料夾。由於 Dropbox 的限制，您的檔案將始終同步到 Dropbox 的 Apps/Overleaf 資料夾。

當為您的專案建立 Dropbox 資料夾時，資料夾名稱通常會與專案名稱相同。如果您有同名專案，Dropbox 資料夾名稱後面可能會自動加上一個遞增數字，以確保每個資料夾名稱都是唯一的。

您可以按一下 **Dropbox** 按鈕來查看與您的專案連結的 Dropbox 資料夾，位置在您的專案 **選單**。這也會顯示目前狀態，並提供直接觸發背景同步的選項。

* 在 Dropbox Apps/Overleaf 資料夾中新增的資料夾，會在 Overleaf 中建立一個內容相同的新專案。
* 在 Overleaf 中所做的任何變更，都會反映到 Apps/Overleaf 資料夾中的對應變更。

## 哪些 Overleaf 專案會同步？

您擁有或已被明確授予編輯權限的所有啟用中 Overleaf 專案，都會與您的 Dropbox 帳戶同步。

當 Overleaf 專案清單中的專案被封存或刪除到垃圾桶後，封存或刪除的專案將不再主動與 Dropbox 同步。不過，檔案副本仍會保留在您的 Dropbox 資料夾中，因為許多使用者會將我們的 Dropbox 同步功能當作 Overleaf 專案的備份。

### 將會與 Dropbox 同步的專案：

* 由您擁有且處於啟用狀態。
* 直接與您分享，且您可編輯。

### 不會與 Dropbox 同步的專案

* 由您擁有且已封存或已刪除到垃圾桶。
* 直接與您分享，為「僅供閱讀」。
* 透過連結與您分享。

請注意：一旦專案被封存，您在 Dropbox 中所做的任何更新都將停止同步到 Overleaf。不過，如果您繼續在 Overleaf 上編輯已封存的專案，這些變更仍可能傳送到 Dropbox。具體來說，您變更的檔案會再次傳送到您的 Dropbox。封存專案只會停止單向同步，也就是 Dropbox 到 Overleaf，但不會停止 Overleaf 到 Dropbox 的方向。

如果您預期會與 Dropbox 同步的專案沒有同步，而且不屬於上述例外情況，請參閱 [疑難排解區段](#troubleshooting) 作幾點說明。

## 在同步專案之前，我應該知道什麼？

請留意某些 Dropbox 行為及其對您的 Overleaf 專案可能造成的影響。

* 如果您在 Dropbox 中刪除一個資料夾，其所有內容都會從 Overleaf 中移除，但專案本身仍會保留，以維持其歷史記錄。
* 請謹慎在 Dropbox 中重新命名或移動專案資料夾，或重新命名 Dropbox 中專案內的任何檔案／資料夾。這些操作可能會被解讀為「刪除並建立」，導致 Overleaf 中的歷史記錄、修訂追蹤與註解遺失。
* Dropbox 不允許共享 Apps 資料夾，因此您無法將 Overleaf 專案資料夾設定為與其他 Dropbox 使用者共享。

## 疑難排解

如果您的 Overleaf 專案停止與 Dropbox 同步，請檢查下列事項。

* 停止同步的專案是否在封存或垃圾桶中？
* 您是否擁有該專案的編輯權限？
* 您是否已超過 [檔案限制](/latex/zh-tw/zhi-shi-ku/119-overleaf-plan-limits.md) 適用於 Overleaf 專案？
* 您是否新增了 Overleaf 不支援的檔案（例如 .doc 檔）？
* 您的任何檔案是否包含 Dropbox 檔名不支援的字元？在某些情況下，如果資料夾未被指派給唯一命名的專案，Dropbox 可能會解除連結，以避免變更套用到錯誤的專案。如果您的 Overleaf 帳戶與 Dropbox 因此而解除連結，將專案重新命名為唯一名稱即可再次連結到 Dropbox。
* 您的任何專案（即使是已封存和已刪除到垃圾桶的專案）是否與另一個專案同名？
