# 匯出你在 Overleaf 的作品

## 簡介

本文說明如何將 Overleaf 專案匯出為 `.zip` 檔案，或只下載最終排版後的 PDF。每個流程都會逐步說明，但也提供了一份 [快速指南](#quick-guide) 也提供。

### 重要注意事項

* 為免疑義，術語「原始內容」或「原始檔案」是指排版你的文件所需的一個或多個文字和／或圖形檔案；而「結果」或「排版結果」則是由排版你的「原始檔案」所產生的 PDF 檔案。
* 從 Overleaf 匯出（下載）的專案會以一個 `.zip` 檔案提供，其中包含用來建立排版後 PDF 的原始檔案。該 `.zip` 檔案只會包含原始檔案 *僅*，它 *不會* 不包含最終排版後的 PDF 本身，該檔案必須 [另外下載](#downloading-the-typeset-pdf-file)，在成功編譯後。

## 下載排版後的 PDF 檔案

下載 PDF 檔案有兩個選項。

### 選項 1

1. 請選擇選單按鈕 (![OLmenu.png](/files/f3fa50b156f1329c3241d2ae3da703c23b0bfef4))，位於編輯器視窗左上角：

7. 根據你的瀏覽器及其設定，排版後的 PDF 會儲存到你的 *下載* 資料夾。依預設，下載的 PDF 會與你的 Overleaf 專案同名。

### 選項 2

1. 在 PDF 顯示視窗中，選擇 *下載 PDF* 圖示，位於 **重新編譯** 按鈕的右側：

4. 根據你的瀏覽器及其設定，排版後的 PDF 會儲存到你的 *下載* 資料夾。依預設，下載的 PDF 會與你的 Overleaf 專案同名。

## 下載 Overleaf 專案

這裡我們示範如何將你目前的專案下載為一個 `.zip` 檔案，或如何將多個專案下載為單一 `.zip` 檔案，該檔案內還包含其他 `.zip` 檔案，每個專案各一個。

### 將你目前的專案下載為 .zip 檔案

1. 請選擇選單按鈕 (![OLmenu.png](/files/f3fa50b156f1329c3241d2ae3da703c23b0bfef4))，位於編輯器視窗左上角：

7. 專案原始碼將會下載為一個 `.zip` 檔案，通常會依你的瀏覽器設定儲存到你的 *下載* 資料夾。依預設， `.zip` 檔案會與你的 Overleaf 專案同名。

### 將多個專案下載為 .zip 檔案

1. 假設你在編輯器中，請選擇 *返回你的專案* 圖示 (![OLbacktoprojects.png](/files/78c05d77e690322fda03a040fb71852a5cad72dd)):

4. 從你的專案清單中選取你想下載的專案。接著，選擇右側出現的下載圖示，以開始下載 `.zip` 包含你專案的檔案：

## 包含 .bbl 檔案（用於期刊投稿）

某些期刊投稿流程會要求 LaTeX 產生的 `.bbl` 檔案——一個包含格式化參考書目資料的輔助檔案——與 LaTeX 投稿的文章原始檔案一起包含。於 Overleaf 中， `.bbl` 檔案，以及編譯期間建立的任何其他輔助檔案，都會被「快取」，但有兩種方式可以存取這些 `.bbl` 檔案：

* 選項 1：使用 **其他記錄與檔案** 下拉式選單，或
* 選項 2：透過 Overleaf 的 *arXiv* 提交流程下載

### 選項 1：使用「其他記錄與檔案」

請依照以下步驟，只下載專案產生的 `.bbl` 檔案：

1. 選擇檔案圖示 (*記錄與輸出檔*) 旁邊的 **重新編譯** 按鈕的右側：

5. 在 *記錄與輸出檔* 檢視，選擇 **其他記錄與檔案** 以存取 `.bbl` 檔案及任何其他已產生的檔案：

9. 選擇專案的 `.bbl` 檔案，名為 `output.bbl`，即可下載。

### 選項 2：透過 Overleaf 的 arXiv 提交流程

完整的專案原始檔案，包括 `.bbl` 檔案，也可以透過 arXiv 提交流程下載，如以下逐步指南所示。

1. 選擇 **提交** 於頂端選單中：

5. Overleaf 會顯示 **提交** 視窗，其中列出 Overleaf 的出版合作夥伴。向下捲動，直到你到達 **線上儲存庫** 區段，該區段包含 arXiv：

別擔心，選擇這個選項不會 *不是* 立即將專案檔案傳送到 arXiv；相反地，它會顯示另一個視窗，讓你下載文章，並附帶 `.bbl` 檔案，以便進一步提交到 arXiv：
