# 如何將 Mendeley 連結到你的 Overleaf 帳戶

## 簡介

本文說明如何將 Mendeley 連結到您的 Overleaf 帳戶，並用它來 [將參考文獻加入您的專案](#how-to-add-references-to-your-overleaf-project-using-mendeley).

參考文獻管理器整合是一項 [付費功能](/latex/zh-tw/zhi-shi-ku/120-overleaf-premium-features.md)。Overleaf 進階功能適用於 Overleaf Commons 的參與者、群組訂閱會員，以及個人訂閱擁有者。

**注意**：如果您沒有付費的 Overleaf 訂閱，您隨時可以匯出 `.bib` 來自 Mendeley 或其他參考文獻管理軟體的資料，並上傳所產生的 `.bib` 檔案到您的 Overleaf 專案中。

## 如何將 Mendeley 連結到您的 Overleaf 帳號

1. 選擇 **帳戶** ，那麼 **帳戶設定** 從下拉式選單中：

3. 將帳戶設定清單向下捲動到 **參考文獻管理器** 區段，然後選取 **連結** 的 **Mendeley 整合**.

如果您尚未登入 Mendeley，系統會提示您登入 Mendeley 帳戶。

1. 如果您已 *不* 登入 Mendeley，請繼續登入，以完成將 Mendeley 連結到您的 Overleaf 帳戶的流程。就是這麼簡單！
2. 如果您 *已* 登入 Mendeley，系統會詢問您是否要繼續。請繼續以完成連結流程。

## 如何使用 Mendeley 將參考文獻加入您的 Overleaf 專案

將 Mendeley 連結到您的 Overleaf 帳戶後，您可以用兩種方式將參考文獻加入您的專案。

1. 您可以匯入整個 Mendeley 資料庫，或特定的參考文獻群組，以建立一個 *唯讀* （不可編輯） `.bib` 檔案，並可與您的 Mendeley 帳戶同步。如果您在 Mendeley 中更新參考文獻資料，您可以指示 Overleaf 更新（重新整理）該 `.bib` 檔案，使其與 Mendeley 中的變更同步。請觀看 [下方影片](#importing-mendeley-references-into-an-overleaf-project) ，以了解從 Mendeley 匯入參考文獻的示範。

### 群組與資料夾

如果您選擇從 Mendeley 匯入整個 `.bib` 檔案，您可以選擇整個 Mendeley 資料庫或群組。不過，無法匯入對應到 Mendeley 資料庫或群組中某個特定資料夾的 `.bib` 檔案。

如果你使用 **進階參考文獻搜尋**，只有來自您的主要 Mendeley 資料庫的參考文獻可以被找到並匯入。在使用進階參考文獻搜尋建立可編輯的 `.bib` 檔案時，目前無法搜尋群組資料庫。

### 將 Mendeley 參考文獻匯入 Overleaf 專案

以下影片展示 Overleaf 的 Mendeley 整合如何用來匯入包含 Mendeley 群組參考文獻的 `.bib` 檔案。如果您使用的是 Mendeley 群組，匯入整個 .bib 檔案是唯一可用的方法，因為這些參考文獻無法使用 **進階參考文獻搜尋** 功能逐一匯入。

## 關於 Overleaf 與參考文獻管理器整合的注意事項

Overleaf 與外部參考文獻管理器的整合，仰賴各平台以網頁為基礎的 API（應用程式介面）所提供的功能與資料。目前，Overleaf 無法控制或修改那些 API 產生的輸出，也不會對接收到的資料進行任何轉換。您 Overleaf 專案中加入的 `.bib` 檔案中的參考文獻資料，是 API 所提供內容的直接複本，並以「照原樣提供」的方式納入 `.bib` 檔案中使用的指令。

#### 引用鍵

對於一組給定的參考文獻， `.bib` 由參考文獻管理器平台 API 產生的資料，可能會與透過該參考文獻管理器提供的其他工具或服務匯出相同參考文獻時所產生的資料有所不同。如果您在使用 Overleaf 整合的網頁匯入與手動上傳 `.bib` 從參考文獻管理器對應的桌面軟體或線上資料庫手動匯出的檔案之間切換，這可能會導致問題。例如，如果您透過 Overleaf 的整合使用 Mendeley 的網頁 API 建立了一個 `.bib` 檔案，之後又上傳一個來取代它， `.bib` 您可能需要檢查產生的引用鍵是否有差異，因為這些差異可能會導致原本可用的引用失敗。

### 更新由參考文獻管理器產生的專案 .bib 檔案

包括 Mendeley 在內的參考文獻管理器，提供兩種建立 `.bib` 檔案於您的專案中的方式。

1. 一個 *大量匯入* 整個參考文獻資料庫，或其其中一個參考文獻群組。
