# 如何將 Zotero 連結到你的 Overleaf 帳戶

## 簡介

本文說明如何將 Zotero 連結到您的 Overleaf 帳戶，並使用它來 [將參考文獻加入您的專案](#how-to-add-references-to-your-overleaf-project-using-zotero).

參考文獻管理工具整合是一項 [進階功能](/latex/zh-tw/zhi-shi-ku/120-overleaf-premium-features.md). Overleaf 進階功能可供 Overleaf Commons 參與者、群組訂閱成員及個人訂閱擁有者使用。

**注意**：如果您沒有付費的 Overleaf 訂閱，您仍然可以匯出 `.bib` 來自 Zotero 或其他參考文獻管理軟體的資料，然後上傳產生的 `.bib` 檔案到您的 Overleaf 專案中。

## 如何將 Zotero 連結到您的 Overleaf 帳戶

1. 選擇 **帳戶** 然後 **帳戶設定** 從下拉式選單：

3. 向下捲動帳戶設定清單，直到 **參考文獻管理工具** 區段，然後選取 **連結** 用於 **Zotero 整合**.

系統會提示您登入 Zotero 帳戶，如果您尚未登入。

1. 如果您已 *不是* 登入 Zotero，請繼續登入。

4. 如果您 *是* 已登入 Zotero。
5. 選取 **連結** 按鈕以 **Zotero 整合** 讓您直接前往 **新金鑰** 上述畫面。

7. 成功連結 Zotero 後，您的 Overleaf 帳戶設定將會更新，以確認您的 Zotero 帳戶已連結到您的 Overleaf 帳戶。請注意，您可隨時解除 Zotero 帳戶的連結。

## 如何使用 Zotero 將參考文獻加入您的 Overleaf 專案

將 Zotero 連結到您的 Overleaf 帳戶後，您可以用兩種方式將參考文獻加入您的專案。

1. 您可以匯入 Zotero 的 My Library 或個別群組文庫，以建立一個 *唯讀* （不可編輯） `.bib` 可與您的 Zotero 帳戶同步的檔案。如果您在 Zotero 中更新參考文獻資料，您可以指示 Overleaf 更新（重新整理）該 `.bib` 檔案，以便與 Zotero 中所做的變更同步。請觀看 [下方影片](#a-video-to-demonstrate-importing-zotero-references-into-an-overleaf-project) 以示範如何從 Zotero 匯入參考文獻。

### 將 Zotero 參考文獻匯入 Overleaf 專案

Overleaf 與 Zotero 的整合支援從 My Library 和個別群組文庫匯入參考文獻，但您無法選取文庫內的特定資料夾：某個 Zotero 文庫中的所有參考文獻，以及其可能包含的任何資料夾，都會以扁平清單的形式匯入。

## 關於 Overleaf 與參考文獻管理工具整合的注意事項

Overleaf 與外部參考文獻管理工具的整合仰賴各平台的網頁式 API（Application Programming Interface，應用程式介面）所提供的功能與資料。目前，Overleaf 無法控制或修改這些 API 產生的輸出，我們也不會對收到的資料進行任何轉換。專案中所加入的檔案裡的參考文獻資料位於 `.bib` 是 API 所提供內容的直接複製，並以「原樣提供」的方式納入到 `.bib` 檔案中。

### 引用鍵

對於一組特定的參考文獻， `.bib` 參考文獻管理工具平台 API 所產生的資料，可能與透過該參考文獻管理工具所提供的其他工具或服務匯出相同參考文獻時所產生的資料不同。若您在使用 Overleaf 的網頁匯入整合與上傳 `.bib` 從參考文獻管理工具對應的桌面軟體或線上文庫手動匯出的檔案之間切換，這可能會造成問題。例如，如果您透過 `.bib` 使用 Zotero 的網頁 API 透過 Overleaf 整合建立一個檔案，之後又以上傳一個 `.bib` 由直接匯出流程建立的檔案取代它，您可能需要檢查產生的引用鍵是否有差異，因為這可能會導致先前可用的引用失效。

### 更新由參考文獻管理工具產生的專案 .bib 檔案

參考文獻管理工具（包括 Zotero）提供兩種建立 `.bib` 您專案中的檔案的方法。

1. A *大量匯入* 整個參考文獻庫或其某個參考文獻群組。
   * 此方法會將 *唯讀* （不可編輯） `.bib` 檔案加入您的 Overleaf 專案。對這些唯讀 `.bib` 檔案所做的任何變更或更新，都必須在參考文獻管理工具中進行，並透過選取 **重新整理** 檔案預覽頂端的按鈕傳送至 Overleaf。重新整理匯入的 `.bib` 檔案的示範請見 [上方影片](#a-video-to-demonstrate-importing-zotero-references-into-an-overleaf-project).

   * 加入到專案中的參考文獻 `.bib` 檔案，使用 **進階參考文獻搜尋** 仍可完全編輯。

### 關於權限的注意事項

有時您可能會看到以下錯誤訊息——例如，在將 Zotero 連結到您的 Overleaf 帳戶之後，又使用 Zotero 變更既有群組的權限，或新增了 Overleaf 沒有存取權限的新群組：
