# Passwortbeschränkungen

Es ist möglich, Passwortbeschränkungen für Benutzerkonten durchzusetzen, wenn das native Overleaf-Login-System zur Authentifizierung verwendet wird.

Es ist **nicht** möglich, Passwortbeschränkungen für SSO-Anmeldungen (LDAP/SAML 2.0) durchzusetzen. Diese müssen in Ihrem Identity Provider (IdP) konfiguriert werden.

Um Passwortbeschränkungen zu aktivieren, setzen Sie die entsprechenden Umgebungsvariablen in den Toolkits `config/variables.env` in der Datei.
