# TeXLive

[TeX Live](https://www.tug.org/texlive/) je svobodná softwarová distribuce vydávaná [TeX Users Group](https://www.tug.org/) každoročně. Poskytuje balíčky LaTeX, fonty, enginy TeXu a četné softwarové nástroje potřebné pro sazbu založenou na LaTeXu na všech standardních operačních systémech.

TeX Live je důležitou součástí Overleafu, protože naše servery jej používají ke kompilaci vašeho kódu LaTeX a k vytváření náhledu PDF v reálném čase. Uživatelům Overleafu také poskytuje snadný přístup k více než 5 000 balíčkům LaTeX obsaženým v každém vydání TeX Live.

Při kompilaci svých projektů nejste omezeni na používání nejnovější verze TeX Live, protože servery Overleafu poskytují přístup k předchozím vydáním TeX Live. Projekty lze snadno přepnout na používání starší verze TeX Live — například kvůli problémům s kompatibilitou balíčků.<br>
